Out Doors Inc. in national Heads Up campaign

Happy to finally show off our mentally healthy workplace! Out Doors Inc. is 1 of 12 case studies profiled as part of Heads Up, an Australian-first national campaign encouraging businesses to act now & take steps to make workplaces mentally safe and healthy.

In the video case study, Out Doors’ Program Manager, Jennifer Norris, discusses the initiatives and organisation’s approach to mental health, with particular emphasis on creating a workplace culture in which everyone feels valued and respected and where staff can freely communicate with their direct managers, senior managers and co-workers.

Heads Up aims to put mental health high on the business agenda and encourages business leaders to foster a mentally healthy workplace. The ongoing campaign targets
leaders across small, medium and large Australian businesses through major advertising and social media campaigns and a website which provides resources and case studies to creating mentally healthy workplaces.
