Mental Health Week is a national event held in October to coincide with World Mental Health Day (10 October). It’s an opportunity to promote awareness about mental health and wellbeing, and equip people with knowledge and information.
After much success in 2013, Out Doors Inc. is inviting people to pedal and blend a FREE smoothie on Wednesday 8th October from 11am-2pm in City Square, Melbourne. We have 4 x bikes suitable for all ages and are catering for all dietary requirements with a range of smoothie flavours available.
Our message this year is that getting outdoors and doing something fun is good for everyone’s mental health and wellbeing. Help raise awareness and challenge the stereotypes that still surround mental illness by being part of Mental Health Week with Out Doors Inc. We know healthy living and exercise are key ingredients to improved mental health so come down and do something good for yourself – it’s healthy, fun & free!
