Most of us are spending more time at work and less time looking after our physical and mental wellbeing.
Employees can play an active role in supporting their co-workers who may be developing a mental health issue. Research shows that more than six million working days are lost every year in Australia due to mental illness and employees experiencing mental health conditions in the workplace are costing businesses over $10 billion annually.*
Out Doors Inc. has developed the following programs designed to assist employee wellbeing, foster a healthier, stronger workplace and help teams achieve specific outcomes and meet targeted objectives
HEALTHY PEOPLE, HEALTHY WORKPLACES
Healthy People, Healthy Workplaces is a 12 week healthy lifestyle program that assists employees to take control of old behaviours and improve their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. It has been specifically designed as a self-management program, which promotes awareness and growth in several areas of wellbeing.
The program provides specifically designed modules to assist individual needs and all areas of your organisation. They can be delivered in one hour to full day sessions and is tailorable to small and large groups. Each module can be purchased individually, however the program is most effective when delivered as a full suite.
