Organisational Certifications

Out Doors meets the stringent requirements of two international standards, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

These certificates are valid for three years, but Out Doors is audited annually for compliance and up-to-date knowledge of these standards.

Staff Certifications

All of Out Doors’ full-time and part-time staff members are trained, certified and checked in a combination of the following (where appropriate):

  1. First Aid
  2. Working with Children Check
  3. Police Check
  4. RACV Safe Driver Assessments and Training

Out Doors’ Program Coordinators are also trained and certified leaders in a combination of the following outdoor activities:

All Out Doors’ staff members are retested on certifications, training and checks where appropriate to ensure compliance and up-to-date knowledge.
