These terms and conditions (Terms of Use) contain important information about your use of the Site. Before using the Site, please read these Terms of Use carefully.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Site. Acceptance of risk and release from liability

You are wholly responsible for your participation on the Site and you use the Site at your own risk.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, your use of the Site or your conduct in connection with the Site in any circumstance.

In no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or in any way connected to business interruption of any type, whether in tort, contract or otherwise.

Termination of access

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, restrict, terminate or withdraw your registration and access to the Site at any time without notice at our discretion. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, then your permission to use the Site automatically terminates.
Any licences granted by you, our Privacy Policy and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by us will survive termination, however, you will no longer be authorised to access the Site.

Access to any other internet site linked to the Site is at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made in any third party sites. We use our best endeavours to minimise viruses and bugs from infiltrating the Site, however due to the nature of the internet the Site may be affected by viruses or bugs from time to time.
